  • the girls look sexy, even the fat one

  • Better the Tea Party than the Socialist Party.

  • Is this how the Tea Party gets together?

  • Any posts of Archie Campbell's We Never Got Hungry on Sunday anywhere?

  • Just goes to show, old Samuel B. Sternwheeler was way ahead of his time with some very explosive ideas, like "The definition of a Highbrow is someone who can hear the William Tell Overture and not think of the Lone Ranger. Made perfect sense. This very line of reasoning has since been extended to define a low brow is someone who can hear Bartok's Music for Strings Percussion and Celesta and not think of Claudia Cassidy (a Chicago Tribune music Critic remembered 4 silly rants vs the piece)

  • @moosatious Samuel B. Sternwheeler : Gordie Tapp in a spoof of author Mark Twain giving off some homilies which undoubtedly made little or no sense whatsoever. After these recitations, he would most often be hit over the head with a rubber chicken, or in later years be given a bomb or something that would eventually explode

  • 2:06 - two Billie Joes from Petticoat Junction.

  • Jr. Samples kicked ass.

  • I learned after making the post that he was a caricature of Mark Twain. The one line I remember most: "The definition of a high brow is someone who can listen to the William Tell overture and not think of the Lone Ranger."

  • @moosatious Gordy Tap played the southern gentleman
