more piraya is the best solution if you want to see the feeding frenzy, but one piraya alone is also beatiful becouse he's the biggest pygocentrus however when he's grown it is become very colored

5 of them require at least 1000lt, this tank is 240lt, is chicken breast

I have a question. Are pirayas better off alone in one tank than in groups of two or three?? I am keeping two pair of pirayas myself in my 150 gallon long tank that's why. The only reason why i asked you this question, its just because i am sick and tired of them running away from me during feeding time. They tend to run by running from one end of the tank to the other end to get away from me. I mean, they much rather starve themselves to death by running away too much than face me to eat.
