dollop of Marjean's homemade honey mustard (or a store brand, if you aren't in Marjean's tight circle)
olive oil
salt
pepper
emulsify.
Greens tonight are:
napa cabbage
celery leaves/tops/stalk
1/2 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
grated carrot
diced tomatoes
Worth a trip to the fennel section!
