The tone on these Cobra's is much deeper than the OEM pipes, I am actually satisfied with the sound, specially at idle, plus I didnt have to change injectors or remap by having to add one of those fuel processors boxes, These are not super loud to you while riding but car will hear you comming. Once you start riding the bike I think the sound level will be reasonable because the wind will hide the noise anyway. Are you planning to use slip-ons or a full exhaust replacement alternative?

@pricedownmall I decided to get the Candy red sabre like yours.. Picked it up tuesday morning....My first Cruiser... I love it..Man i cant wait to ride it again...Like to get some exhaust for it now.. The exhaust you have real loud? Like to get some thats not too loud but able to hear it good... Glad i got the sabre. i was looking at the fury too at first but got the sabre...im impressed...

I think you will be happy, I havent found a bike that handles and looks like the sabre yet, It did n't take me long to get used to it considering this is my first cruiser. You will not be dissapointed. I was going to get a black one but I am glad I got the red one instead. Oh and one more thing, much more comfortable than the fury, even though some of the features are the same, like the powerplant. I love the acceleration. Price for one of these is about $9,000 at the local dealership.

Thinking about getting the sabre....nice looking bike... How are you liking the bike so far?

I paid 239 including shipping for these. The product code: BLV1133 Description: Cobra 3 inch Slip-on exhaust with Billet Tips. The price has gone up since then to $287 + shipping
I would keep looking, I see plenty of specials on the web all the time. I will post the websites if I see any
Ok, I bought my Sabre almost a year ago.. and I've wanted it to have a bit more of a rumble so, after watching your video I have gone and spent the money on these. What sold me was your saying you didn't have to add a fuel processing box. So for $290, compared to pipes that I was seriously considering buying (which required the box) that cost upwards of $1100, I think I'll be very happy. Thanks for sharing this!

Glad I could help. Just take your time removing and installing the pipes. They seem a bit stuburn at first but they wil come out. Also protect the new pipes with some rags while installing them. Be careful the rear downtube doesn't come loose when installing the new pipes. Enjoy the install.
