@AngelonAngel She does, she just keeps it tied back, unlike Bayonetta, who lets it free. Jeanne's hair reflects her more... structured (? Strict? For a writer, I have an awful lot of trouble remembering the words I need.) personality, whereas Bayonetta is much more laid back.
