An Interview with Ken Meade

Forty years ago Indian Lake Christian Service Camp began serving Christian Churches in Maryland. Christian leaders in the area came together with a dream to provide a Christian camping opportunity to inspire campers towards a life of commitment to Christ and service in his church. Among those leaders was Ken Meade, retired Senior Minister of the Church of Christ at Manor Woods. Please enjoy this interview* by Dyke McCord, present Senior Minister at Manor Woods, as Ken takes us back to 1969 reminiscing about the beginnings of the camp, the early struggles, the purpose and ongoing value of our camp, Indian Lake.
