This tool produces 30 parts per minute. The part is stamped from a coil of HSLA material. There is a mating part that is similar, and I will post a video of it soon. The parts have interchangeable stencils, which allow us to stamp date codes for better part/lot traceability.

  • I worked in a automotive parts stamping plant and those part look like the load rest on several of the jacks we built. We enjoyed winding them out to 45-50 PPM as we would load up the coolant and adjust all the other shit. The tool makers didn't care for me much but the production manager sure did!
