Love Will Find a Way- Buffy/Angel

If Angel became human after the end of Angel season 5, then this song would be perfect for the two of them. So, at first its supposed to be like Buffy's on patrol, thinking about Angel and realizing she still loves him. Then, the next morning, he finds her and they rebuild their relationship and eventually get married.
