Regarding venom's mentality. It is impossible to tell from video footage whether he is suffering from any recognised disorder.

He does have what are known as "Cluster B" traits. Whether they are sufficient to justify diagnosis of a disorder depends to what extent they interfere with his life. This is the factor that is impossible to determine.

What can be said is that he is a liar without shame.

I consider that he displays grandiosity and has an exaggerated belief in his self importance. This is shown in many ways - from his physical demeanour - the fact that he clearly believes that he can challenge the intellect of emminent scientists in a number of fields - that he takes seriously any death threats he receives (which I question) - the manner and temperament he displays in his chatrooms - the sense of entitlement he appears to have (best displayed by begging for a camera).

His lack of empathy is, in my view, obvious. Look at his comments about amputees and holocaust victims. (In view of those comments I find it risible that some people have suggested that I have been unkind to venom.)

I suspect that he is not good at social interaction and feels much more comfortable intereacting through the internet rather than face to face. He has a greater control over interactions when he is on youtube or on his site.

He clearly seeks approbation and positive approval (best show be his filtering of the comments on his videos).

As he requires constant affirmation but can't deal with normal interaction the internet is crucial to him.

I have little doubt he is isolated and lonely - probably through choice.

I do not think that his religious views are related to any disorder he has. They are used as a crutch. If things had been different he may have chosen another topic or idea to submerge himself in to satisfy whatever needs he has or to protect himself from whatever he is hiding from.

However, his needs are such that he is so embroiled in his beliefs he may have become potentially harmful to himself and others. Many have suggested that he will start a cult. I think that this is a very fair assessment. And if it does happen, it will begin, in my view, with his site changing in order to exclude any dissenting voices

VFX doesn't love.He has no empathy.Not even for his family.I learnt that the moment I heard his video on how "the Holocaust was punishment by God."Even when his own parents are Jewish.But I saw one video,one video where he claimed VFX was dead and buried,no more.I actually thought he genuinely saw who he was.
