IF - This guy does get the truth out of the judge he may avoid further Jail and show the world how silly our Justice System is! Encourage his wife to record the proceedings in any manner possible, even writing if nothing else! This will show the FACTS that the Judge is representing the Prosecution, (IE) STATE!

There doesn't have to be a victim for there to be a crime. Traffic laws prevent accidents. You can't just go around arresting people after they've crashed their cars into others.

your suggesting that traffic offenses warrant, 180 days in jail? I thought jail was used for separating people who pose a threat to the safety of the community. At least I was told that was the intent. Where is the victim. And who is compensated for the "crime?"
