They are going slow because there is only one available SB track and this is much farther north than Penn.

0:56 looks similar to the asshat who tried telling me I couldn't tshoot video / take pictures of trains - despite having MTA police memos stating otherwise.

Oh yes. There are still lots of GP40s in use, mostly on rush hour trains.
