thanks for posting this. My son is 2 weeks old and he wants to nurse ALL day ALL night long its so hard.and I can pump only 1 ounce after feeds,just to get a couple hours of sleep i make him a 2ounce formula bottle and 1 ounce of my milk and he falls fast asleep! i almost feel like im not giving him anything..my breast dont leak i have no pain and no engorgement..but im not going to stop!!

You really are an inspiration to me. I'm having issues with my supply and watching as you have built up your supply has really given me hope. I just started taking feenugreek, motherlove more milk plus, a tea and my grandmother told me in puerto rico from where we are from the toast sesame seeds, crush then and put them into warm milk. I'm doing what ever I can. I hope the tips you have given here will help

@cookiepartyy It does get easier, just keep at it. The one thing I suggest is to keep feeding him as much as posible. If your supply is really low feed him every hour for a while and that will help bring it back up. Good luck, You can do this! :)
