Hey guys, here's week 8. Another not so good week, but I have been getting some bodyweight workouts in. I feel like this week is kind of chaotic, but I know I'll be fine once I get back to my regular routine of things.
This is a long journey and I won't be letting this week tear down the progress I've made thus far. Be strong!

I'm still doing ok. I'm jogging most days and occasionally i slip up and have a treat...but i'm allowing 1 per week but just minding how MUCH at a time i would eat. smaller portions...you know :D

Yo Israel, I have been watching your videos everyweek man keep them up. A little words of wisdom man, If you want something you never had, you have to do something you never done. Make the commitment to end the Yo-yo life, commit to the 6am runs, or the late nights in the gym, and I guarentee by the end of the week you will have a Great video :) .. damn the character limit..
