at 0:39 why PHP all star in the 4th place look that trick judges com'on DONT BLINK OUR EYES BTW THE JUDGES SUCKZZZ they hate philippines NOBODY CAN DO THAT MOVES AND TRICK..

This is the same case as Kaba Modern. They ranked on Americas Best Dance Crew and previous World Hip Hop. This year however, they were at the bottom coz there isn't anything different with what they do other than lots of intricate isolation and ticks.
The judges are looking for variety, originality, and something new. The longer the team has been in this competition, the more likely the judges know how their choreo goes. Same 'ol tricks are no longer exciting.

They didn't rank this year simply coz the routine has parts of it or similarities from the previous years' performances. The tank (transformer in 06 and 07), the pulling of the guy between the legs (from last year), the krump at the end (last year). Also, the tempo is slower compare to the top three teams this year and last year's performance.
The routine however is still sick. It's just that there isn't as much of a surprise anymore. They have to totally alter their choreo to whoa the judges.
