@lucasdrank1993 Maidman doesn't look girly to me. Maid Guy looks like a scary, oversized demon. Maidman is a ripped, muscular, powerful-looking man, not a bishounen by any means. He just happens to wear a frilly outfit. (Frankly, I think he looks rather fetching.) If you ever get your hands on that particular Empowered comic, you'll see he kicks butt with the best of them.

But I've recently seen a comic book about Empowered superheroes, one of whom is a big buff blonde man who gets blackouts and then turns into an a**-kicking superhero that wears a maid outfit. His costume is more like the typical French maid fantasy, all frilly aprons, flashing panties, fishnet stockings and high heels...and he's not at all ashamed about it. (This is a comic series I actually want to read!)
