Remember seeing them at the Trade Union, 3rd Floor, as one of their regular gigs. They used to cover Ca Plane Pour Moi, and we (the audience) would grab the mic and make up lyrics. Gud taims gud taims.
James Baker sure drummed up a storm in the 80s.

I used to love this band. I have cds somewhere. i used to go and see them heaps. i remember one night two of them had a punch up on stage at the Old Greek in Melb after about 2 or 3 songs, and that was it for them! Then there was this huge wait for the next band, which I think was Screaming Tribesman. I just remember being gobsmacked by the fight.

Proud to say that my Father (Peter Simpson) was one of the founding members and song writers for the Dubrovniks. To be honest my brother Steve and I had no idea how much of a following they had in Europe Until seeing some of the responses to their youtube videos. Thank you for posting them!
