兩手攀足固腎腰自然站立,兩足平行分開,與肩同寬,兩臂自然鬆垂身側,含胸收腹 ,腰脊放鬆。正頭平視,口齒輕閉,寧神調息,氣沉丹田。雙手慢慢提起至胸前,一直吸氣至滿,呼氣反掌心向下,垂頭手尖向 下,吸氣反掌握後腳跟,吸氣頭向上昂至滿,呼氣鬆手徐徐的而上, 身正掌心向上吸氣反掌呼氣放鬆完成,循環做八次。功用:可冶腰疾,增強腎腰功能, 調節體液平衡。
