Walking along a public side walk in Nassau Bahamas and I noticed this exposed electrical wiring. I am amazed that the electrical safety is almost non existent.
Sorry Buddy, It was not for a 25KV line that took a year to connect... It was in the center of town out of an old light pole base. And if you are giving any one advise about electrical wiring, STOP! You treat every wire as if it were hot. That's the second thing you are taught when you start in the trade. Remember, "It’s better to keep your mouth shut and have people think you are a fool than to open it and remove any lingering doubt.". Peace out!
No electrical safety? Or the power is cut on that wire? I saw bare wire here in canada, yet it was 100% safe as they weren't connected. Don't assume that because a wire is exposed that it's always dangerous. BTW, the bare wire was for a 25kV line that took over a year to connect!
