Genesis - Lamia -1975 (from album The Lamb Lies Down On Brodway - 1974). The last tour with Peter Gabriel. Peter Gabriel - Steve Hackett - Phil Collins - Tony Banks - Mike Rutherford.
@millsy2010 No, no stonehenge, I agree. Just a suit full of testicles and a fox wearing a red dress. Very refined. Also, Spinal Tap wasn't glam rock. BTW - I LOVE Genesis.
@GuyWithGuitars1 well, for those with half a brain, there is clearly a world of difference between the glam/excess of prog rock and the refined tastefulness of Genesis, so, no, I'm afraid there were no druids and the like. Regards.
@vivelavidarocka , yes they are that good! Take it from someone who just saw them perform the Lamb a couple weeks ago, watching youtube videos of them does not do them any justice. Hearing this music played live is quite the sonic experience. The Musical Box is licensed by both Genesis and Peter Gabriel to perform the Lamb and Phil Collins and Steve Hackett have even played on stage with them. Not sure where u live, but they're finishing their tour on the east coast now before heading to Europe.
I saw The Musical Box in Cleveland last night do the entire Lamb album and I was totally blown away and that was the fourth time I've seen them play. I can't emphasize enough that if you ever get an opportunity to see them in your city to go see them. You will be AMAZED. Even Phil Collins said the Musical Box played the Lamb better than they did.
@vivelavidarocka Visually they have done a perfect reproduction of Genesis concerts. Original slides, costume reproductions, effects, even lighting is done using information obtained from original technicians. For the most part they use vintage instruments... it's really like being there in 1974.
Great !!!!

I like the part where the 18" stonehenge comes down from the ceiling and it's almost trod upon by the dancing druids.

@KeysBR Really? Are they that good? I've seen some videos here in YT, and they look decent. I'll check 'em out the next time they come to the city.
