My friend Adam Love of GCHS did it back in 08 and threw in the mid 50's, it was completely legal in state competition providing you stay in the circe throughout the throw

this isnt new at all, its been done many times. THe only difference is this form is actually illegal because he starts outside the ring. everything else is the same as what has been done for probably 5-10 years
