First you will see the size of the earth, moon, planets and sun compared to the enormity of the stars in our galaxy, followed by the grandeur and beauty of the same Milky Way Galaxy.
And then you will be challenged to believe in something far bigger and more glorious than all the stars in the heavens.

@SounzNice lol! Moot from the perspective of salvation. I may be a geocentrist, but I do not readily accept a position that is contrary to established theories. I have a team of engineers I have consulted on the matter and I await their input (seriously).

@davecyco All I've done is parrot basic physics - that cannot be refuted - hardly a moot point! Ouch! My IQ is taking a pounding again.

@SounzNice Like I said, maybe you are right, but I haven't seen enough science on either side, nor has it been suggested just WHAT would happen to the earth/cosmos if your position is correct.
Ultimately it is a moot point though. All that matters is salvation. One cannot obstinately deny that earth is at the center (or any other Catholic dogma) if he wants to be true to God's Word. As for the mechanics of it all... He obviously didn't expect us to know everything.

@davecyco It's trifling until it begins to spin. The bigger it is, the more untrfling it becomes - basic 102 physics. I have no problem actually because there are so many other videos already promoting the same b.s. At least your half way there so to speak.

@SounzNice I'd like to read any papers or watch any videos you can recommend.

@SounzNice Centrifugal force must be applid to something: the earth, which is dead center in the universe. So if the universe is perfectly balanced (and why wouldn't it be?) and the aether is of extreme high density, then the size would seem to be a trifling matter.
Again, I am not particularly attached to the purported size of celestial bodies. The only investment I've made in the belief is uploading this video. :D

@davecyco Staying focused to the topic, we DO know centrifugal force is very real.
That's all I've said. I do support the existence of aether btw. The effects of what we term gravity is also very real. The math and what it is may be bungled, but not the predictable outcome of obvious scenarios such as big things revolving at unimaginable beyond supersonic speeds. You don't need to fully understand things 100% to figure out other things. In fact, it doesn't even help for the most part.

@SounzNice Do we understand all the proprties of the luminiferous aether? Do we even undertsand all the properties of gravity? The theory of gravity has all kinds of inconsistencies. How can we have a moral certitude about a certain something being impossible when the foundational theories upon which we base our rejection thereof are themselves incomplete or inadequte?

@davecyco The reason is a little physical fact called centrifugal force. It's very real and applicable especially on the geo model!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Times that by a million more !
Massive objects revolving at gazillions of miles per second near the edge of the universe = catastrophy. You wouldn't live to see the first 24 hour day. It's truly a theory stopper. There is much we don't know, but this we do. This is not evidence, but factual. It's real physics.

@SounzNice Myabe you are right. I'm just a spec on earth, so I don't know. Nevertheless, I don't see how it is of necessity impossible for geocentrism to accompany supermassive celestial objects. There is much we do not know.
But feel free to forward me the evidence you have seen.
