Another narration, and boy was it a long one...

I used Hitmonlee, Typhlosion, Mismagius and Ursaring

My opponent used Kingdra, Raikou, Plusle and Minun

Cloud Nine nulls the effects of weather at the time, so Hail and Sandstorm don't do damage etc.

What do you mean by CM?

your mismagius is just like mine move set except for taunt i have substitute cause i always use substiute then wen i cant use it anymore i use pain split to get hp back xD

Cloud nine negates weather effect, IE sandstorm and hail won't hit that pokemon, and I THINK it nullifies any added weather effects like thunder.
