I just got this scope today and it is great. I haven't taken it to the range yet but I like everything I see so far from it.

@roobelson Yea, you'll like it. It's a nice scope. Just make sure you remember to turn off the red dot or else if you put it away with it left on the battery will run dead. Thanks for commenting. /John

@knightlike101 Well, for the price you get the mount (which is worth maybe $150) and the Fastfire red-dot which is probably another $100. I don't regret this purchase. Having said that, I just ordered a new rifle and I just bought a new Swarovsky 1-6x scope that cost more than twice this price of this Burris and that was for the scope alone, no mount or red dot. You pay for good glass. /John

@bearing01 I've seen these for no less then $750. So if you think it's worth it, I might try one out and get a Leupold VX-R to compare it to.

@knightlike101 I don't regret my purchase. As for the red dot on top, I found that it is too far from the barrel center line and bullet point of impact will quickly move off its zero point as you change your distance which you zeroed the red dot. I suggest you get a 45* side mount and mount the red dot off to the side and closer to the barrel. /John
