notice from 0:25 until 1:02. The man behind the imam with white dress and the police second left from him is doing prohibited acts during shalat. The man with white dress is always moving he's hands to repair he's head cover almost every after takbir and the policeman did the same and also viewed he's watch in 0:41 and always repair he's cap and always scrubing he's face. Please dont do this in shalat because allah is viewing us

It is not a matter of continent. I think it is a matter of school of Fiqh. In Indian subcontinent the majority belongs to Hanafi school of tought and in the opinion of Imam Abu Hanifa, there should be three extra takbeers I think. According to Imam Shafai it should as it is in this video. But I am not Sunni, so I am not 100% sure about different school of toughts within the Sunni Islam. But I think that's the case.
