POLICE ESTIMATE 1.2 MILLION PEOPLE MARCH ON 9/12 WASHINGTON DC TEA PARTY PROTEST OBAMA - CONGRESS

People are tired of big goverment, taxes, borders not being closed, goverment run auto companies and now Obama and the congress want to take over our health care! They cant run social security, medicare, medicade, our countrys borders, a balanced budgit the economy and now they want to take over the worlds best health care system? Now, our countrys health care system does have some problems. But folks, we do not need to reinvent the wheel.

Please tell me where you got that number and how you are so certain that it is accurate even though it contradicts all other reports? There is no official estimate that is remotely close to 1.2 million. You are arguing a point that is not even questionable why can't you be happy that you got almost 100,000 protester. And the pics are important if you are trying to be honest. I doubt you had an areal view of the event. when you were there. This is an example of why people think the tea party is bat shit

The capital police say there was around 1.2 million.The progressive liberal news media has a history of making the numbers to be alot lower than what they were at any conservative event. When the capital police closed off the lawn area and not let anymore people in told me there was 250,000+ there alone.

The tea party has a history of exaggerating there numbers. The first estimates by Fox news was even less than 300,000. Look at the pics you just cant hide over 1,000,000 people sorry .

fsx23: At Obama"s inauguration the whole grass area was rows of chairs plus rows of chairs outside of the grass area. We had two and a half times the number of people in the grass area alone. It was a Obama kiss ass fire marchell that said it was only 60-70 thousand. If that was a fact there was only 60-70 thousand and 1.8 million at Obama's inauguration was a fact then many of the people at the people at the inauguration

would have been lined up outside of DC. Now the is just plain fact!
