@gayisnotachoice So are cars, chemicals under the sink, swimming pools, golf clubs, ladders, knives, forks, screwdrivers, chairs, bricks, stones, wrenches, etc., the gun does provide an advantage to the law abiding citizen, though, that he may use it to defend himself from an attacker with one of the aforementioned implements. A handgun is small enough that it may be easily hidden, so that the attackers won't know who does or does not have a gun in an armed society.

I really hope that if I ever have to shoot someone that the bullet I use doesn't get all emo about it like bill. If i blast someone then they had it coming and i'm glad they are dead.
