Based on the poem read by J McNair it is my belief that David Henderson is a honorable
man that has left his legacy behind and will never be forgotten. As he served his time as
mayor he was looked upon and respected by his community, peers and family. His spirit
and voice still impacts the streets of Harlem. Powerful Piece.

I get the message. You were paying tribute to a man from Harlem that grew up among the black folks, but was able to cross over and walk among white folks and he became the bridge.

I like the part of pointing to the light, which makes me believe he is an optimistic person. Although, the tone didn't sound too encouraging.
