He's right about the HOA. I lived in a HOA community and a family painted their house a bright blue, like the Blue Clue's cartoon character and the association made them paint it back to a neutral that blended with the community.

That 40k house is still selling for 450k in my location, and this is WHY the govt is so desperate to keep the bubble inflated, because americans won't pay mortgages on 400k homes once they know the home is only worth 30k. SPEND GOVT SPEND!!!
