OMG, Gulfport Prime Outlet DOES have a CCO. I totally missed out. I lived there for 6 months a couple years ago but wasn't into makeup until 6 months ago :( Now I am obsessed!

Cool, reminds me of the outlet I went to in MS! The cool layout could be a Southern thing maybe? I don't see places like this in the Northeast.
