was at the wrong place at the wrong time, now i'm harrassed 24/7 everywhere i go i got perps everwhere, i got pictures, liscense plate numbers, and they operate from a government building (ministere des transports du quebec) i think, or more places simultaniously ( whit microwave and EM weapons), looks like im more targeted now that i found out about it.
