GURUDEVA ON THE RADIO


There was once a time when I, Arthur Hakalani Pacheco, had a radio show that was weekly. On this show, I could have any guest I chose to share
with my listening audience. At the time, I was also studying with a very wonderful Teacher, a Self Realized Being by the name of Sivaya Subramuniyaswami. He had founded a Hindu temple on the Hawaiian island of Kaua'i, where I was fortunate enough to visit him from time to time. One day, I asked him for his blessing on my new radio show, and to my great surprise, he said that he'd be happy to be a guest of mine some day. Well, that day finally came on January 27, 2001. This is a copy of that interview. In it, he gives us all a wonderful tool to use when relationships are a bit rocky. He left this earth, a year later, and that is why this interview is one I treasure.
