This is some nature pics I took while having dinner with my girlfriend's family. Good food and a beautiful location. Thanks for the invite!
The music is a 'screwed' (RIP) version of some of Andreas Vollenwieder's 1986 album Down to the Moon. I picked it because it is very relaxing and slowed it down (yes, I actually still use records and turntables!) to try and enhance the relaxing vibe.
The other sounds I added are isochronic tones that act as brainwave entrainment to make your brainwaves head toward relaxation. Seriously. It works for me, I hope it is beneficial to any and all who view it.
The nature stuff is beautiful and relaxing to me, but the brainwave entrainment is in the audio. If you would like to use this as a way to meditate or as a sleep aid, play at a comfortable volume and close your eyes. You may fall asleep or have feelings of tension leaving your body. Please use in responsible situations and do not listen to this audio while driving.
The frequencies I used are 10.5 hz, 10 hz, 7.5 hz, 6 hz, 5 hz, 4.32 hz, 3.4 hz, 1.5 hz.
Namaste and I hope all the most benefit for all living beings everywhere and everywhen.
Thank you very much! I love Andreas Vollenweider, and it's great to enjoy his music along with bwe. Namaste.
