hi there ,nice work on the pigs, just a quick question, would you know of any properties in your area that we might get permission to hunt on, we are a father and two son team we use dog's and rifles which ever is preferred by land owner, we have been hunting out west all our lives but looking for something a bit closer to home , we are reliable honest and helpful, it;s just with all th idiots out there these day's makes it hard to get permission to hunt, willing to meet land owners before hand.

How's it going. I'm seriously considering emigrating to NSW from the UK. I've hunted boar in France on private land and thought it was a fantastic hunt.
Is there a big population of pigs in NSW? I'd love to hunt them in such a beautiful part of the country!

Thanks, nah mate all my shooting is done in the NSW Central Tablelands. Those lot where taken in Running Stream NSW near Mudgee.

ok, ive heard its pretty decent around the mudgee area. did you shoot these or dog?

I don't dog, around 16 out of the 20 odd pigs I have taken were caught by trapping. The rest were shot. All pigs I have shot have been under spot light until yesterday when I dropped a sow and two suckers whilst out having a look around. It was really windy and they had no idea I was on top of em.
