as much as Strasburg is probably the best preserved and run tourist railroad in the country...i think the simplistic track layout, slow speeds and dozens of precautions set by the state and the dozens of trips there over the past 20 years has lead me to other railroads like steamtown, new hope and ivyland, east broad top, WMSR, and Bel Del. still love strasburg though,

As short as they come but sweeter than the rest, the Strasburg RR is the epitomy of steam operatioons in my book.
