hi. im working on an application which will have to apply filters into images provided by my cam, in real time (30fps), and without more than 20%CPU. now, im able to visualize my webcam stream, without any filter, but using 100%CPU. so please, how do you do to dont use more than 15%CPU ?

You don't say what kind of CPU you have but if it's anything modern (P4 1GHz) then 100% is way too much. If your using linux run the top command, if Xorg is using all the CPU then it's probably a video driver problem. I have a cheap NVIDIA card and the drivers from their website. Let me know more about your platform.
