Yeah, I'm learning to drop in ATM. I have already done a few with a mat to fall onto. I just make sure I have my knee pads on because I don't want my knees to turn green lol.

start off with a very small ramp and build up bigger and bigger. i learnt yesterday in 3 attempts by doing it..

Yeah, your right about needing balls the first time dropping in. I am learning that ATM but on nothing higher than 4 feet. I want to master a normal size wall. Not vert yet though lol. Need more time ah. Good VIDS Luke. I like the natural style of teaching. Not tooo robotic or zombiish like some others are lol.
