@MultiAREE well....u can always use armor-piercing Incendiary,altho i doubt the fact that some1 would have aluminum foil armor on his face,or that it would be of any help when its point-blanc range :P

You do a quest to get it. The quest involves X-13 testing center or something.

Good. There is a bug with Christine's COS rifle. Although it sounds silent enemies will still be alerted of your location.
