READ the damn title. It is called "KMST" or KMS tespia. Its a test server. TEST. that means his skills max at level 10 and all of his equips are probably clean. The only way for him to get those equips is probably through hunting. How good do you think your damage would be if you couldn't raise any skills past 10 and were using clean equips that you had to hunt for yourself?
