Diving with schools of Manta Ray in the Maldives

While diving in the Maldives is an amazing experience where there are large schools of everything from small to large fish and where it is customary to see unusual sightings like paired eels(married couple) like the great Dive guide Moussa Hassan would say, Mantas were definitely the highlight. Sometimes we would plan our dive to go to the cleaning station and they don't disappoint us or they would show up in other dives in a surprise visit like the school we encountered at the start of the movie. As I was watching mesmerized their behavior, they reward me by passing overhead where I get full view of their underside., the size of a small plane. I dedicated this movie to Moussa Hassan, the great dive guide and underwater photographer as well as diver Hassan. Enjoy!
