First Robotics LA Regional 2008 final match team 1717

This is the second of the "best of three" championship match at the 2008 FIRST robotics regional competition in Los Angeles on March 22, 2008. Teams 1717 (the black Penguinbot) and 330 (the blue and yellow Beachbot) dominated the competition.

Wow that was a pretty one sided match...i especially loved the efficiency of the black robot what team was that from i wasnt able to look at the number...it looks like they used traction wheels at the top of the grabber mechanism...very clever...we were a rookie team this year from lufkin 2582...Hopefully well be close to that performance by senior year fingers crossed...ps i know this is sort of a rookie question but would someone mind telling me how to reduce the gear ratio in the gearbox?
