Good for developing arm strength.
Keys: While lower body moves keep upper body still. Hands together thru motion until they break for throwing motion. Ball should not travel higher then at release point. Finish the motion. If the throw is short, that's OK. This will reinforce a late release point and lower and stronger throws.

  • they look way to young for this type of progression, but wait until they can hurl 300 ft bombs during long toss, its quite an experience..
