like any person, nichole was just defending herself with simon's crude and unnecessary comment. the contestant strutted around the stage like a tramp with a voice that is hard to imagine she got through. i admit, nichole does risque songs, but she has the voice and talent to back it all up. you heard her sing that single phrase of whitney's song so strongly and so beautifully. she's spunky and i admire her for defending herself in a classy way instead of being catty and petty.
