But isn't job creation the dominion of the free market enterprise and the major impediment is the banks don't seem to be lending? Wasn't the rally cry of the GOP prior to Stimulus II for more tax cuts and some features that could have created jobs was cut due to the insistence of the GOP that the bill was too large? Most eocnomists agree that Stimulus II wasn't large enough.
As for healthcare, if your work population isn't healthy and have adequate minimal health coverage, what gets done?
