i was on this cheerleading team. this was 7 years ago. this team is now retired...and i guarantee all of you hating so hard on this video all of these girls do not even know that this has as many views and comments. so your wasting your time.

I dont know why you people are talking about how bad this team is. They were good. And for the people who can do better.... They aint you so it doesnt matter. YOur just hatin. Obviosly you suckin them reall hard to say all that crappp about them. Stop talkin smack about people you dont even know.

@iStayStrongxx haha ikr- i'm doing a dance show in a few weeks nd our dance teacher wanted some cheerleading lifts in one of the dances. I'd never tried cheerleading before but cos i'm quite strong my friend (who does cheer and is the one being lifted) put me as a base.... omg it is sooo difficult!!! people don't appreciate strong cheerleaders have to be until they havee someone running at them/they're holding someone's foot up in the air :S
