Here are the mods on my 2000 Grand Prix GTP -

XP Comp Cam, DHP PCM, 105lb valvesprings, modified retainers, Hulkspeed PEMs, 3" DP, no cat/no resonator, 2.5" Magnaflow exhaust, CAI, 3.1" SC Pulley, 180 Tstat, Autolite 104's, ZZP fuel pump rewire, GMPD Performance Handling Kit.

It was dynoed at 257hp and 400ft/lbs of tq at the wheels at the dynojet. If we use the (perhaps optomistic) typical number of 20% to account for parasitic loss of the auto transmission you come up with 308HP and 480ft/lbs tq at the engine's crank where most engine figures come from. This thing basically has the power equivalent of a heavy duty truck motor at this point.
