they are now because when modern warfare reflex/ cod 4 wii came out loads of people downloaded it and went online straight away nintendo could see those who went online and banned them (it is possible)

but again with homebrew you can un-ban yourself pretty easily

well you sorta can, you just need one specific hack called the hombrew browser and from there you can download apps for homebrew channel

well i just installed the homebrew channel and i really dont know what to do, i was figuring i could download apps right from it

Its really not a problem if you dont have your codes on. or if you wanna be really safe, just pop out the SD card...... although its not nessisary

Seems to me they're just pissed people are updating the games they already bought from Nintendo back when their games weren't the same old shit, and not bailing their asses out by re buying them on the wii.
