Spirit of Kindredness will only go so far. He needs to get on the boob tube in front of the millions of possible voters who don't do YouTube.
Also, all the 'crazies' and conspiracy people are bringing him down via association. It really sucks that a candidate (Any candidate) is judged by his/her followers. Take the Whole Hillary donation thing going on. And she has vastly moe clout than RP does. we need him above reproach, somehow.
What I find most appealing about the Ron Paul campaign, is the spirit of kindredness: that we are, despite our differences of a similar mind. We are united, as Lincoln said, by "the better Angels of our nature." This is unique to politics, and will have a long echo. For those who had no interest in politics are now leaping from their beds to join the Ron Paul campaign. This is a very good thing, and its essence is one of spirit more than anything else.
