Its not finnish, but my educated guess is that its related to Ior Bock's (a finnish author) sagas and myths, in which petri walli took great interest and the whole third album is kind of based on that. Might be that it means nothing, there has also been speculations that its a corruption of words "still high" or something like that although I personally don't believe that.
