Bobby accomplished amazing things. His greatest accomplishment however, accepted the award for him.
I think Dodd would be what Bobby would be proudest of .

Love the music of Bobby Darin. Unfortunately, I discovered this great multifaceted entertainer in the mid-seventies after he had passed on, so I never had the privilege of seeing him perform live. Fortunately, there are many video clips and shows filmed in their entirety that feature Bobby Darin's enormous talent and passion for performing. It was gratifying to discover the Grammy's finally got around to honoring this most-deserving musical superstar from the '50's through the early '70's!

I can't help but think how proud of those girls BD would have been! Someday they will have the pleasure of getting to know their Grandfather through his work and they'll know what all the emotion was about.
