Hidden Markov Measure Field Models for Liver Segmentation - OPENCV

http://sites.google.com/site/ferrariimageprocessing/ : This is an example of liver segmentation algorithm based on the Marroquin et al. paper "Hidden Markov Measure Field Models for Image Segmentation". My first (and last) not optimized c++ release computes four MRI per second. The same algorithm, just changing few parameters, allow to segment also legs and brain MRI.
